Our unit is located at Jejuri MIDC, Tal. Purandar, Dist. Pune. A location of Jejuri Khandoba Devasthan. Our location is well connected for the easy transportation services from the city as well as other essential services.
In short period of 4 yrs, The Company is serving unsurpassed quality of Pressed Steel Radiators to the Transformer Industries as a best quality manufacturer of Distribution Transformer Radiators, Reactors, Rectifiers etc.
Radiator design is developed for smart cooling and extra width tubes for better strength We use 76mm diameter full pipe with wall thickness of 3mm for 226 mm and 300 mm width Radiators and 88 mm diameter full pipe with the wall thickness of 3 mm for 520 mm width Radiators.
The length starts from 400mm to 2000mm adding by 100mm as per standard or as per customers required size with a pitch of 50 mm.
Radiators inner surface is coated by higher grade heat conductive air drying varnish for better cooling and long life. Radiator outer surface is painted by two coats of high grade red oxide zinc chrome primer as per standard or as per customer requirement.
All Radiators are tested with 2.5 kg per CM 2 air pressure under water individually as per standard to ensure leak proof strongly.
